What Is PPGI Coil?

PPGI (Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron) coil is cold rolled steel sheet that is galvanized with zinc and coated with a protective paint layer. It combines the corrosion resistance of GI with the aesthetics and functionality of paint.

Structure：

Base steel (CR) → Zinc layer (GI) → Chromate → Primer → Topcoat (PE/SMP/PVDF)

PPGI coils are widely used in roofing sheets, wall cladding, garage doors, home appliances, shelving, and sandwich panels due to their color variety, weather resistance, and formability.
